PRIVACY NOTICE: M3 Financial Solutions collects the information provided on our sweepstakes form (provided at on-site events—including your name, contact information, eligibility confirmation, and any optional loan-interest responses—to administer the prize drawing, verify eligibility, contact the winner, prevent duplicate entries, and maintain required records.

If you separately opt in on the form, we will also use your contact information and optional responses to provide information about real estate financing products and services. Opting in is voluntary and is not required to enter or win.

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose it only to service providers acting on our behalf, when reasonably necessary to administer the drawing or provide requested communications, or when required by law. We retain the information only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements.
